Sagarmatha National Award
On May 29, 2018, the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation presented NMIA with the prestigious Sagarmatha National Award. The award was given in recognition of NMIA’s outstanding contribution to promoting adventure tourism in Nepal through its training programs for Nepalese mountaineers.
